Powerful vacuum technology
Unlike conventional systems, the CMS uses a powerful cyclone separator system — a positive-displacement blower that delivers consistent, powerful airflow with lower choke risk and superior efficiency.
Integrated anti-dust filtration protects the system and keeps the barn clean. Airflow exits from the rear of the machine — never near the sluice — so no dust is blown into the stable.
The engine room features noise-cancelling walls, making CMS significantly quieter than competing systems.
Installation process

Design phase
Our engineers prepare a detailed installation plan tailored to your stable's layout — pipe routing, unit placement, and connection points for every stall.

Pipe installation
The suction pipe network is installed throughout the stable — along walls in existing facilities or beneath the floor in new builds. A connection inlet is fitted at every stall.

System installation
The central vacuum unit, electrical switchbox and control panel are installed and commissioned by our team. The system is fully tested before handover.
Equipped with smart control panel
A convenient screen is installed directly in the barn, giving easy access to all system options. Built-in diagnostics and safety monitoring make operation intuitive for all staff.
Internet connectivity allows for remote monitoring and control from anywhere. A web app is currently in development for even simpler remote management.
The climate-controlled switchbox is designed for the full range of temperatures found in European equestrian facilities.
